I am thinking about putting together some small group training classes in the upcoming months ( 5-8 people per group). The goal is to teach proper technique, help prevent injury and improve performance for your sport, outdoor pursuits or just life in general. The group setting encourages a community and camaraderie that can help motivate and hold you accountable when the going would normally get tough trying to do it on your own.
